I had an outstanding experience with this CarFix! I dropped my car off a little after 3:00 PM to have my brakes replaced, and Steven went above and beyond to make sure I had my car back by 5:00 PM (I had called several places before who all told me it wouldn’t be possible). Another employee, Korey, even drove to pick up the part himself so the repair could be completed that same day. Their customer service, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile was a Godsend. I truly appreciated their dedication to taking care of me. I highly recommend CarFix and especially want to thank Steven and Korey for their exceptional service!

I used to love coming to Car Fix, but my past two experiences have been terrible. Please do yourself a favor and ignore the good reviews, as things have changed and they cannot be trusted anymore! A while back I came in for a front headlight bulb replacement. It is something I can do myself, but I had enjoyed working with Steven from CarFix in the past and figured it would be easier to just let them handle it. I had a different associate this time, and he came back with over $2,000 worth of mostly unnecessary repairs that he said my car needed. The pricing for some of these items was outrageous. For example, I did need a replacement for my license plate light bulb, which costs $3.50 and can be done in 30 seconds with no tools. He quoted me $180 for each bulb. When I went in to confront him, he was extremely sassy and rude. When I started to ask, "why was I quoted $180 for a light bulb that costs me-" he cut me off and said "FOUR DOLLARS, I KNOW" in a mocking tone. Carfix helped me with a thorough pre-purchase inspection on a used vehicle. Max and Elliot were very professional and kind while explaining the findings to me and talking me through the documents and the pros and cons of the vehicle. I was charged a slightly higher price than I was quoted on the phone and it was on the higher end of other places I called around about PPIs, but I was ok with it, since they were so thorough and nice. I had an appointment and the time I spent waiting was accurate for when I asked for an estimate upon checking in, which I appreciated! Max even took the time to get in the car with me after the inspection and show me some of the advanced settings on the vehicle and commented on some of the body details, which helped inform my decision.

Excellent customer service. They thoroughly inspected my Lexus and explained what needed fixing. I came in for an oil change and inspection initially and they went beyond to make sure my Lexus was safe. There was no pressure to repair anything immediately, but I received pricing for future repairs if I choose to proceed. They also took pictures to show the wear. They offer transportation back to my home or work while the service is performed. This was my first visit, and I am very impressed with the personal care they provided. They will be my go-to for future service needs.

Best oil change price in Raleigh! My wife and I are extremely satisfied with Carfix Auto Repair. We have an extended warranty on our personal vehicle but didn't have to call and ask whats covered and whats not since Carfix took care of it. Our specialist, Elliot was extremely knowledgeable and informative. I appreciated that he took photos of any issues that need to be addressed, provided a quick educational video explaining what the part is and how its affecting the vehicle and drive, then took time to answer all questions we had. Great experience. Highly recommend
